Restarting costs USD 50.Closing your MT5 app does not stop the VPS EA or automatically close positions. Manual trade closure may realise a loss.

Markets can be closed on weekends, holidays or outside trading hours. When a market is open, the AI waits for conditions that meet its trading criteria. It does not necessarily trade every day.

AI Trader trades XAU/USD, gold priced in US dollars. Your broker account can use another base currency, such as SGD. The broker reports balances and trading profit or loss in that currency using its applicable conversion rate.Choose your base currency when opening the account. Depositing USD does not change an SGD account into a USD account.

Yes. Each additional Standard package costs USD 1,500 and includes education, AI Trader and its own managed VPS service for 12 months. Each EA requires a separate broker account or sub-account.You can also purchase a package for someone else’s broker account. They provide their trading credentials privately to the setup team and retain control of deposits and withdrawals.

Contact the setup team. A broker or MT5 account change takes 1–3 working days and costs USD 50 per change. Ask your broker whether changing base currency requires a new account.

You must use the included Zess.Biz-managed VPS service. Clients do not receive server login or administrator access and cannot install other software. This helps protect security and prevent resource conflicts or accidental shutdowns. Maintenance and connection issues may still interrupt service.

No. Annual renewal is manual, with email reminders as expiry approaches. Renewal pricing is confirmed before payment. Starter is a one-time two-month package and requires an upgrade to continue.Expiry does not automatically close broker positions. Review open positions before service ends.

Tax depends on country; Singapore GST is 9%. Card-processing charges depend on the card and processor; a 3% charge may apply. Applicable amounts are disclosed before payment.Package payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cancelling does not refund amounts already paid.
